ACCOMMODATION |
|
|
|
|
|
Hotel accommodation shall be reserved on request against advance payment along with Registration Form. December being a very busy tourism season, so you are requested to book the hotels well in advance (as soon as possible, preferably 3-4 months in advance).
Terms and Conditions for Conference Accommodation:
- Booking shall be done upto three month prior to the start of Conference. Confirmation shall be subject to the availability.
- Campus guest house accommodation can be arranged for delegates on prior intimation. Tariff will be Rs. 400/- per person per day on twin sharing basis.
- Hostel accommodation (separate for male/female) can be arranged on prior intimation. Tariff will be Rs. 200/- per person per day on twin sharing basis.
Payment terms:
- For campus accommodation 100% payment is required in advance. However, being limited in number, campus accommodation will be booked subject to availability.
The payment for booking of accommodation should be sent through Bank Draft / At par cheques in favour of IAN 2009 payable at Jaipur along with Registration Form. In out station cheques please add Rs. 100/- as bank collection charges.
